I support all types of folk to deepen this connection and nourish the nervous system through yoga, meditation and evidence-based Mindbody practices.

Emma is a certified Yoga Instructor with a certificate in Mindbody Therapy. Her studies, along with her own experience has shown her the power of working with the body as an avenue for deeper connection, support and healing. She is passionate about making these practices accessible to all in a simple yet powerful way.
Workplace Wellbeing Refresh
Your 'Workplace Wellbeing Refresh' are live weekly online 15-20 minute sessions supporting staff to drop out of the thinking mind, release tension, nourish the nervous system and reduce stress. These sessions include a mix of meditation, gentle chair stretches and simple evidence-based practices.
Emma is great at helping me listen to my body. Every stretch is intentional and has so much grounding energy. Each session takes me back to myself and helps me gain perspective on my work and any un-needed stress
Practicing yoga in this way and tuning into my breath has brought me so much more inner calm and connection with myself, as opposed to focusing on just the physical side of it. Taking the time to slow down and pay attention to my body and inner world has such a positive ripple effect on the rest of my day too.
